Each item is handmade to order. Colors may vary due to computer monitor resolution. Pictured items may differ from what you are ordering due to size difference and available supply.

I do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges and/or refunds at any time but I welcome you to contact me should you have any issues with your order.

All sets come with a white top. If you prefer a different color, these options are located under the “add-on” section and are an additional fee in addition to your tutu/tutu outfit.

********HOW TO ORDER********
#1) Review the size chart. HOLD A TAPE MEASURE TO YOUR CHILD to ensure measurements will work for your little one. I do not provide refunds because you decide the fit isn’t good after the fact. Please measure before ordering.
#2) OPTION: SHIRT ONLY, TUTU ONLY, or TUTU & SHIRT
#3) SIZE: Select the size you would like. The waistband of the tutu has about 2 inches of stretch.
#4) PERSONALIZATION: A name can be added below the design if you choose. It is limited to 12 characters. If you need a different waist size or length on the tutu include it here as well.
#5) Add your item to your cart. If a different shirt color ADD On is needed (see description below) then you should also add this to your cart as well prior to checking out.
#6) Once you have everything in your cart that you need, you can proceed to checkout. If upgraded “Priority Shipping” is needed this can be added during check out.

SHIPPING TIME: All orders ship via USPS First Class shipping which is approximately 2-6 business days (if the USPS has no delays). Shipping can be upgraded to priority shipping (1 – 4 business days) during check out.

Shipping dates are not guaranteed but are only estimates so please PLACE YOUR ORDER WELL IN ADVANCE of your “need by” date.

I do not provide refunds due to delays, damage or errors made by the USPS because this is out of my control. If I complete your order within the current “processing time” and ship your package on the “shipping date” that I promised, but it doesn’t arrive to you on time, I cannot issue a refund because this is also out of my control.
